Talk about textures, the lines in the foreground bring the eye to the two homes, and likewise the back hill brings them back. The buildings have texture and the single bright green tree just creates a focal point for the eye to rest. There is a nice tonal range in the brown/grey of the fallowed fields. Very impressive photograph.
