During my stay in Valensole i found this exposed located tree and thought it would be suited for an interesting foreground in a milkyway capture.
Anyone who is following my work knows that i failed multiple times in this genre.
Be it dew on the lens, incoming clouds, disadvantageous moon constellations or a mixture of these circumstances, i had it all.
Guess what: That night i chose a delicious blend of incoming clouds and some unexpected light pollution to keep me away from success.
Spending a sleepless night on the back seat of a Peugeot 108 in an area with the most strange und unidentifiable animal sounds, glowing eyes around me whenever i scanned the area with my headlight should lead to a better result, don’t you think?
Sorry for the sloppy editing, but i didn’t want to waste too much time on this image.
Teaser: My next and last approach for this year’s season failed again, still no milkyway for me …

That is a truly amazing astronomy photograph ....those clouds make it quite interesting in my humble opinion ....I can see the Milky Way easily and the clouds create a movement within the moment ....Great photograph...!!!
