Very nice image. Have you done any manipulation? (I'm thinking more contrast and clarity in the background. What kit do you use?

I actually didn't need to do much post-processing on this image. The air had an ethereal feel to it and decided that was preferable to a sharper look. I used a 70-200mm Nikkor and my D7100 for this one.
