Shark meat is delicious and can be fried, diced and put in fish soup/stew, poached. It's great. We used to catch them on purpose to eat. The white flesh is very mild, and most people didn't know they were eating shark until I told them. Just use white meat only, and soak it overnight in a salted water container. Yum!!
