Animals in flight are not that easy to photograph. This one is perfect. Beautiful composition, very sharp and great light giving a lot of definition to the wing tips. Great job!

I love the vertical composition - the wings spread from corner to corner - not easy to catch as these gulls are fast.

Thanks everyone who likes this shot. A single shot that just works although i have a favourite beach to shoot from i could be called obsessive about shooting birds in flight. Just enjoy, the gull was happy :) Patrick
