Lake Ballard is deep within the goldfields of Western Australia. A huge lake, which is listed as being around 46km2. It is big and only accessible via an unpaved dirt track, which takes hours to get to from the nearest flicker of civilization.
This adds to the whole wonder and experience of the place, completely awesome in its size, unique character and location.
