I'm guessing these are the Governor General's Footguards of Ontario. I did a tour with the Coldstream Guards Band (The Regiment they follow - with the red plume on the Right of the bearskin) in 1991 and saw these in action. Nice shot that evokes fond memories - that's what a photograph really should do. Well done.
