My son Kai. Taken in Takachiho gorge while on a ten day road trip. We traveled to Kobe where we caught a ferry for a 500 kilometer ride to Miyazaki in Kyushu. From there we drove a total of 2200 kilometers all over Kyushu and back home again.
On the second day the boys missed their video games and I wondered if we should cut the trip short but by the fifth day we were laughing all day! It was so fantastic spending time like that with them. The day after we arrived home Kai asked when were going on another trip.
