I was out for a drive when I discovered lake Alexandrina near lake Tekapo, Nz. It is a lake located in the Mackenzie Basin of New Zealand's South Island. It lies immediately to the west of the much larger Lake Tekapo and further to the east of Lake Pukaki, located to the north of Lake Tekapo township. I reached right on the shore of the lake where there was a settlement with no one around. There were boats, yachts, boat houses and me :)
