This looks like it was shot from the Empire State Building's 86th floor observatory. Looking north, the center area is Bryant Park and NYC Library. Wide angle lens and interesting light dynamics. RCA>GE>Comcast building looks overly bright. HDR levels make this look very surreal. Great photo. Definitely stands out. I picked it out of the many great submissions to examine.
