Great stuff, ingenious stacking of old glass, I've been using a very old 1950's Jena Tessar 50mm with extension tubes and 2x adaptor with some fun results - nothing like this but I like the soft character of the rendering.
Are you focus stacking here too?

yes, this is the only way ) Jena Tessar is a very good lens, I have a lens based on its mechanism, Industar-50-2, this lens is about 7-8 usd, but the results of usage are very cool.

Privet from Australia. What an amazing gallery you have! Those with twice as many megapixels and latest Art lenses are being left in the shade, scratching their heads. Otlichno! :)) george
