Masterpiece of a shot! Did you use an ND to make the rest of the people there disappear or where you somehow on your own? That was a challenge for me when I visited. SO MANY PEOPLE.

Thanks! I did use an ND and f22 to create a 45sec exposure, but there weren't may on the trail this day. It was just after sunrise, late October and an overcast/slight drizzle day. I did return this year in the spring and it seemed much more crowded. Was only able to get a few shots, again just after sunrise, before the crowds took over.

how did you get the water to look so creamy? I use to live in Watkins Glen but now I live closer to Niagara Falls and would like to get this effect on my water photos!!
