McMurdo Station on June 7th at 10am roughly. A lot going on in this image, Aurora activity, Airfield lighting on the ice shelf, ice pier being built on the right and McMurdo station whole.
This was a hard image to pull off due to the light pollution. I took 39 exposures to create a HDR panoramic to be able to combat the light pollution and get the detail from the sky.
