I don't get the watermark on it when I view it, and am not too bothered by the colour, but I must admit the lamp reflection would be better gone. Might be a bit trick y to remove though as it effects the reflection of the eyelashes. Despite this it is still an awesome shot and one that's not easy to get to this level. Well done!

The details are stunning !! just try to avoid the reflection of the speedlight on the pupil .. other that that Excellent shot !!
