I like the concept. Always remember, when you do Macro work, the subject needs to be in focus throughout. That’s what Macro is about - for the viewer to see , in sharp detail , what an ordinary glance at something cannot reveal. Photo-stacking works when doing Macro on static subjects. I get better results on f32, using live view and a tripod. The idea is brilliant. Work it!
