Initially i was sitting at home and was looking out at a lightning storm going across the northeast side of the bay where i live . I drove to the beach in the thought that i would try and capture it somehow. As i was trying to get a shot i was noticing the sky getting more pink. Then i turned around and thought "what ! " . There was a brilliant sunset . And this is the shot i was able to get.
