you could have changed the perspective of the photo and would have aligned it ... but still... this is perfect.

Yes, but it if it was aligned it would be a bit boring. Sometimes people tilt the whole perspective to get more of a dynamic feel to the picture, its also common both in paintings and those snapchat pics kids take without thinking, simply because it looks better. And it seems to me if this photo was aligned in editing, a good part of it would be lost.
