Impressive shot, built with a perfect bw conversion which emphasizes dark tones, altough leaving highlights as one the foremost elements (the edge of the building). another attractive feature is the "dual" composition, with the building placed canonically placed in the middle of the frame and with the icing on the cake being the diagonal ray of light which spans from low-left to up-right.

Hi Rik, Usually I do but this one I did not it was overcasting day and windy you drag your shutter speed with this kind of weather although you can get the same effect if It's not even better when you use the 10 Stops ND filter.
