I'm taking advantage of my time off work to get out with the camera over the holidays (it's been a while!). This star trail shot was taken between 1-2am this morning at Dunstanburgh Castle in Northumberland. It was bloody freezing but it was worth every second.
Rather than use my torch to light up the outer walls of the castle I decided to walk around the inside to add some highlights around the windows and doorway instead.
The overall image is comprised of 122 x 30 second exposures.
