My favorite place to be with a camera is the Appalachians, particularly in the fall. This pic is a heart throb, especially since I'm a Rule of Thirds junkie, :-). Contrast maxed but not overdone.

I usually work hard to avoid man-made objects in my nature photos. I love this image! The dark roadway makes the fall colors really pop. Thanks for giving me something to think about.
