Contrails were ruining my day. As an airline pilot, I know that J2 (or Jet Airway 2) goes right over this location north of Yuma, Arizona. I fly over it all the time. Just before the sun broke into the gap, I threw 8 stops of ND on the lens and did a several minute long exposure. The moving contrails went soft and created an interesting look for the sky
