A fantastic cityscape !
The contrast of the industrial feel of the barge, against the beauty of the city lights, reflections, moon, clouds and night sky, is unexpected and adds interest and depth to the image.
Most people would have chosen another spot to avoid the barge completely. Your decision to make it the primary subject works extraordinarily well and, reminds us that even an eyesore presents photographic opportunities, all we have to do is keep an open mind when shooting.
