Thunder was only four months old when he was carelessly shot with a pellet gun in the head and near his spine. He has been cared for by a wonderful man named David Wrede at his wildlife rehabilitation center in FL. Thunder could not be released back into the wild due to blindness caused by damage from the pellets, as well as several still left in him. The bond between Wrede and Thunder is truly incredible to behold.
