I watched in horror as a European family consisting of the father, a preteen boy and girl all got out on that very rock ledge to take a group photograph. The father, who was standing turned to the left and craned his head over the end of that rock ledge. The fact that I suffered from acrophobia, made my experience of this crazy feat made the palms of my hands gush with sweat from my trembling hands as I captured this insane photo op in the summer of 1973.
