I met Madame Coton during my missionary trip to Haiti in 2012. She was a sick widow and had very little belongings. What I remember about this lady, is that even if she had nothing, she would share what we gave her and she was still singing and glorifying God. She was an example of faith.

You captured very well the look on this woman's face. I would describe her expression as one of endurance, but at the same time faith and hope and an understanding that there is a much better world waiting for her.
