It is not all about the sunshine. It is one of a few USA cities that are considered the most expensive to live in. Which means that you will be so busy working so that you can continue to live there that you forget to actually see the place. For me give me some nature, a book and a hole in a mountain and I am a happy man. Human Evolution complicated what could have been a very simple and peaceful life. If that is evolution you can keep it !!!!
