Thank you! Last summer I watched these flycatchers bringing insects to their chicks inside a nesting box. Did this for several days until they got used to me and let me get closer when they arrived at the box. This was in full sun so I had to retreat into the shade when they were gone hunting. It was very rewarding watching them! They brought many types of insects. If you look closely at my portfolio, I have another 3 pics of them holding other insects.
