Mid Missouri Human Society Animal Shelter This animal shelter is a private non-profit organization. They are dedicated to the prevention of cruelty to animals. They need any and all donations to keep the doors open. They are in CONSTANT of bleach, kitty litter, dog food treats, cat food and treats, blankets (don’t throw away your old and tattered ones PLEASE donate them to the animal shelters), laundry detergent and of course CASH. If you have time, even an hour, volunteer. You could just walk the dogs if nothing else. If you are looking for a pet please check with your local shelters for a one that would be so grateful for a loving home.
