Behind The Lens

Location

In my studio

Time

This was taken in a studio so time of day is irrelevant.

Lighting

This image was taken using one light.

Equipment

I used one Paul C. Buff Alien Bees 1600 with a large gridded soft box. The camera used was a Canon 5D MKII with a 24-105mm 4.5 lens.

Inspiration

My client was a musician that sings Christian music. This pose and lightning worked perfectly to coincide with an uplifting inspirational message.

Editing

I converted it to black and white and increased the contrast.

In my camera bag

A Canon 5D MKII, 24-70mm 2.8 lens, a 70-200mm 2.8mm lens and a Canon 600EX Speedlite.
