Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo at Mc Quarrie Chair point in Sydney

Time

Time of the day is around 7pm. At the beginning, my ideas were about sunset capture. I had tried many times but the outcome was not good as I want. And I decided to wait till the sun went down completely. And finally I got the shot but the reflection was not good so I have to use the scene itself to create the reflection symmetrical.

Lighting

The lighting of the Opera House and Harbor Bridge are beautiful as always so that is easy for me to capture them.

Equipment

I used 5d mark2 with tripod and 17 40mm lens

Inspiration

The architecture of the building is really great for the symmetrical. That's why I wanna try something new :)) and with black and white. The result is great to me

Editing

I shoot in raw and post-processing was quite simple. Black and white conversion, and symmetrical effect.

In my camera bag

Normally, In my bag just a compact camera sometimes I have full frame with filter and tripod if that day I decide to go find some shoots
