Cool shot. Well done . I just watched a video on YouTube yesterday on night shots. Looks like it could be the same place. The three Edsels in the junkyard and that big tank. Anyway your shot came out very cool. Looks like you already know that.

This is an long exposure shot, about 3 to 3.5 minutes long. All the extra lighting was done in camera during the exposure with gelled flashes and flashlights, and a small keychain LED for the headlights.Equipment

Keep your ISO low and exposure long. You'll need the time to move about inside your shot without being seen while you light certain areas. Obviously a tripod is mandatory.
