Location
This photo was taken in my home.Time
It was in the afternoon.Lighting
The lighting is natural light. The room has 6 windows and it was a bright day.Equipment
This was shot with a 5d, mkII with a Canon 24-105mm, f/4 lens, not flash.Inspiration
My young grandchildren were visiting. Since they run and make lots of noise, this cat usually tries to stay out of their way, yet is curious enough to stay in the vicinity. The cat was "hiding" under this footstool, and as soon as the kids left, she poked her head out as if to say, "are they gone yet?" I had the camera out as I usually do when the grandchildren are at my house and I grabbed it and just snapped this photo of the cat.Editing
I really didn't do much post-processing, maybe brightening it a little. In my camera bag
It depends I'm what I'm going to shoot that day. I love macro and will carry my Canon 7d, Canon 100mm macro lens and a Canon ring flash when going out for bugs and flowers. When shooting birds and nature (animals), I take a Canon 5d,mkIII and a Sigma 150-600. My bag also includes a Canon 24-105mmL lens, a 24-70 f/4 lens, a 70-200mm f/2.8L lens and a myriad of filters.Feedback
