Around here there was a lot of underground mining. there are a lot of these. although the upper part of the cart is gone this one is still sitting on the rails as it comes out of the mine entrance in the side of the hill

It's an old mine wagon (or what's left of it) You can see what's left of the rail coming up out of the mine and the brake on the wheel holding it in place...however now I don't think the brake or cart would move if they had to
