All comments wrap it up in a nutshell-it's an amazing photograph! What I love about it, is that I can see your reflection in the child's eyes! Congratulations for your feature!!

A very special look you've captured here...stunning work...it picks up on doubt, curiosity and sadness! And there you are in the image, just to add some more wow factor! :)))

I am completely captured by this shot. Excellent composition. His eyes are so expressive. What country was this boy from/where was this shot taken?

Location
The photo was taken in Varanasi (India). I love this child..the eyes..Time
If I remember correctly had to be rush hour. A timetable unsuitable for photographing, but he was there, and it was beautiful and I could not help it..Lighting
The light was not soft because it was a time where the sun was very high. As I've written before at times the illumination does not matter and I managed to lighten a little the shadows in post-prodution.Equipment
This was shot with Nikon D610 and Nikon 85mm.Inspiration
The intense gaze of the child in his mother's arms. I was a little close to me but his eyes lit up so much to be fascinatedEditing
I proceeded with lightroom to lighten shadows and I increased the contrastIn my camera bag
The lens that should never miss is my lens Tamron 70-200 and Sigma 50mm 1.4. I work with a Nikon D750 or Olympus OMD E-M10 to move more "light".Feedback
One must know how to observe people, start doing it already from far. Only so you can capture what they experience during a day
