Fantastic pic. Lightning is on my bucket list of great pics to capture; also, star trails. I've joined a camera club in Indianapolis and have enjoyed seeing others' POV's and creativity. It also keeps me focused on looking for opportunities to shoot. I've been doing a lot of sewing/embroidery for myself and gifts. Not enough energy to go along with the hours I have. Still I get a lot done. I'll email you a pic of the photo quilts I made each of my grandkids. Nothing like combining all my hobbies into one project. Hope you are doing well. Can't wait to get back to CO. I miss all the mountains.

Thanks! It was so much fun to do - my first attempt at lightning! There was an amazing storm near my husband's parents' house in Cortez, so I went out to their backyard and got ready while everyone was playing cards inside. Lightning really scares me (it's my phobia), but I forced myself to sit out there and go for it, and I'm so glad I did! A camera club sounds fun, and like something you can learn a lot from too. Can't wait to see your photo quilts! I wish I could do things like that but definitely don't know how. Hopefully will see you in CO in the spring!
