Junes tropical storm was headed for the gulf shore. I wanted to see the eye as it came onshore. SO, I drove through hard rains, till I was at the ocean, near Horseshoe Beach florida. The rain was hard, and I could not see any of the ocean line. Then, as the storm began to get closer to the shore line, I could see the bright blue sky showing, or the, the EYE of the storm. This opening in the clouds lasted a few minutes, till the winds blew storm inland. I drove home in the hard rain again, But, it was so very cool to witness this.
