Gary the picture has the feeling of being tilted. I think it should be rotated counter clockwise to make the trash can and background trees staight up and down. Maybe even go as far as editing the trash can out. Some cropping on the left and right side might not hurt.
Is that an overhead light creating the green color? I was annoyed by one of those at a Marina where I was trying to capture some holiday lights. I was finding it nearly impossible to correct for it. However, here it works with the subject!
