I Ain't Gittin' Off This Branch!
My dog got me up in the middle of the night. EAGER as all heck t go outside. so when I let her out she immediately went to this tree. As I investigated I saw this critter! So we had a stand off of staring! My dog looking up and this Opossum looking down!

You know that opossum are nearly blind . . . the reason you could get that close . . . and their appearance of staring ! Lucky you; they can be extremely vicious when cornered (like most wild things). With all that said, I agree with everyone and say: Great capture ! ! !
