What if I forgot my password?
No problem! Go to the member login page and click on the forgot password link. We will email you a temporary password.
How do I change my password?
In my account page you will find the fields to change your password.
How do I edit my personal information in my account?
You can edit your information in the settings page.
How do I change my avatar and edit my profile?
To edit your public profile go to My Account page and click on “My Public Profile” link. To change your avatar go to My Account page and click on the avatar photo.
How do I manage the email notifications?
On my account page click on the Email Notifications section. Choose which notifications you want to receive.
What is the Activity feed in my public profile?
It is a news feed of your ViewBug friends. It tells you when your friends upload new photos, when they leave comments, or win contests.
How do I invite friends to join ViewBug?
Click on the Invite section, you will get extra submissions every time a friend joins.
How do I start following a person?
You will find a “follow” link in each members public profile. Simply click on the link and you will now get a news feed of that person’s actions on ViewBug.
How do I send a message?
Select the Inbox link within the “Me” menu, then click in the “New Message” button. Type the name of a user in the “To” section, then select the user from the User Finder box.
You may also send a message by visiting the Profile of the photographer. Click on the “Send message” button, type your message and send it.
How do I reply to a message?
Click the reply button of a message or comment.
