This was imaged at the Bevington Mansion, a restored Victorian structure. It is located in the Madison County Historical Society, in Winterset IA (county seat for Madison County). Yes it is the home of "Bridges of Madison County" and it is 45 min SW of Des Moines.

Imaged with all ambient light from large windows facing north and west. And I added some texture ovelays. Laura New is the model, and the wardrobe was furnished by the Madison County Historical Society.
