congrats with feature.and u talkin about timing wow. I know how hard lightning is but add a moving train. u musta been in the ZONE. Lighning is hard enough but the true secret, I thing is the foreground, u must have a good foreground or it just weather. You nailed it

Thank you all! The train WAS, in fact, stopped on the on the tracks to the side of the road. The lighting you see on the left side of the train was provided by the cars that drove around the bend of the road, which is why it is even from end to end. With the 30 second exposure, I had to hope that cars would drive by at some point during the exposure AND pray that the lightNING would strike during that same period! It happened only a few times. Well worth the wait!
