A particular criteria I look for in an image is an immediate emotion or reaction. I'm not sure what my reaction is with this one, but I keep going back to stare at it longer, so it must be good.
Admittedly, it causes me to want to speak to the creator to try to determine where their head is at.
Creepy but cool.
