Dragonfly Photo Contest Winners!
Thank you to all the photographers that shared their best photos showing dragonflies as the main subject in this photo contest. Dragonflies are one of the most popular insect to photograph, from macro shots displaying their unique eyes to amazing compositions utilizing the dragonflies elongated bodies. Dragonflies are specially designed as spectacular predators, being able to fly backwards and hover over 1 minute. They are usually found around marshes, lakes, ponds, streams, and wetlands.
