The goal of the Wikimedia Foundation is to compile the sum of all human knowledge, and make it available freely to all the world. Wikimedia is most known for operating Wikipedia, a free multi language encyclopedia. Wikipedia is especially useful in developing nations, as knowledge is what these nations most need in order to develop further.
